I've come a long way these last few years because I do love home cooked healthy meals and I'm so passionate about the foods we choose. But I SO SO envy those people who enjoy spending hours in the kitchen. Who make cooking look fun, easy, & relaxing.

I'm not even going to give you recipes, just pictures and a couple ideas to spark some creativity. Because it's really that easy....
Easy 4th of July Recipes
1. Choose a selection of red, white, and blue fruits then arrange them on a skewer. Bright, healthy, refreshing, & pretty. I swear by these! They always fly off the plate at cookouts. If you want to be fancy you can even add in a little cheese.
2. Caprese Skewers - I had these at a wedding and thought it was genius. Again so easy to make! You can keep it simple with tomato, mozzarella, basil, EVOO or add grilled chicken to make them more filling.
Guys this was such a game changer for me. Now you can bring something homemade, healthy, and easy to make with you to parties. You can seriously get so creative when you use skewers. Test it out and let me know how it goes :)
