    • Be selective of the people you surround yourself with
    • Limit your time with negative people
    • Intentionally surround yourself with empowering, inspiring people
  3. FEED your mind
    • Do things that inspire you
    • Schedule at least one thing a week
    • Commit to 10 minutes of personal growth each day (podcasts, books, or audio etc.)
